The old “Dog and Duck” Ferry is in distant centre of picture. The boathouse and Pitchcroft is to the left.

Barbourne Brook.

Keepax ferry situated at northern end of Pitchcroft, was also known as “Baileys Boat” after the ferryman.

Barbourne brook runs through the park and joins the Severn near the Waterworks.
